Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days within Sweden and 5–15 business days for deliveries outside Sweden, from the date of order. During busy periods, delivery may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking and lost packages
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel with the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact our customer service at https://gripstars.com/pages/contact and we will investigate the matter with the carrier as soon as possible.

Deliveries outside Sweden
For orders shipped outside Sweden, additional charges may apply, such as customs duties, import VAT, handling or administration fees, and other taxes or charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and are payable by the customer. Gripstars is not responsible for such charges and can neither predict nor influence their amount. Please contact the customs authority in your country for more information before placing your order.
